“Loved the pool. Furniture serviceable not super comfy. Plan to bring in your own toilet paper, dish soap etc, they provide a very minimal amount of everything. ”

“The property is fine not luxury, the linens provided are not up to a luxury category!! There are not enough bed linens, table lamps with burned bulbs, the utensils provided are the cheapest not enough toilet paper, only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, 3 dishwashers soap, 3 little hand soaps...all that for a 9 people occupancy home for a week?? Back yard is open, only one back fence with sides open so not good for pets.Host and management co are very nice and helpful but that is not enough.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, but it turned into a very stressful and unsafe experience. From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The microwave in my room did not work, and even worse, the stove stayed on for an entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing was done. I was told that only the morning staff could fix it, even though it was nighttime. This meant I had to spend the entire night...

“We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The resort itself is great, with a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even better: providing more toilet paper, especially for larger groups, and including propane for the BBQ grill would be a nice added touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.”
