Providence is a beautiful 24/7 gated community. There is a golf course and pool amenities along with a restaurant. There are numerous golf courses within a 10 miles radius.
Providence is away from the hustle and bustle but it is very close to everything. Shopping is within a mile. If you're up for more variety in restaurants, you're a short distance from Championsgate restaurant row.
There is easy access to interstate 4 which is the pike to the amusement parks.
The space
Entrance into our beautiful villa features a foyer which has a king bedroom on the right with has private access to the hall bath. Also downstairs is a king master ensuite with garden tub/shower/double vanity and access to the pool area. It is located on the left. On the right as you go past the king bedroom you will see the lovely open concept kitchen, dining, and lounge area. It is spacious and accommodating for family get togethers. You can get a great view of the patio and pool area. Directly out the sliding doors you are on the pool deck which features a very large eating area which is covered. There is a swimming pool which overlooks the pond.
Upstairs there is king ensuite with a shower, double vanity and walk in closet. The theme twin room and a queen room share a jack n jill bathroom with shower & double vanity. There is another theme twin room and queen room which share an adjacent hall bath with shower and double vanity. The queen room has private access to that bathroom.
The full size laundry is located on the second floor for your convenience.
Also on the second floor is a sitting area with a desk top computer, air hockey game, TV with xbox. There is ample seating for family fun plus a smart tv.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans as does the upstairs and downstairs seating area. All bedrooms and seating areas also have TVs.
You will love this spacious beautifully decorated villa. Whether you are in the parks or you want to lounge by the pool and grill out (complimentary propane grill), this will be your favorite place and you will want to make it a regular vacation spot for your family.
