The area was good. House was in good condition but the overall stay needs some improvements. No bath towels, no bathroom or kitchen started kit such as toiletries, paper towel and dishwashing liquid. TV remote in the living room not working. No TV’s in any room. Need to update kitchen pots and pans. Toilet in one of the bathrooms not flushing. The toilet knob was not working. Thanks

owner a very sarcastic person. At my arrive i note pool water was green with mold and frogs. I take pictures, no pots and pans and no electricity on rooms. No tv on rooms, the only tv is for the 90s very old. She ignore messages. i was waiting on my vehicule because property smell like mold, air vents with dust. I report inmediatly to expedia because i want leave the property, after contact expedia and explain the situation she call me and told me " i already have the money on my pocket do whatever you want if you leave is your problem" I contact expedia again and they send me a link to send photos and videos and after review they approve my refund. "When expedia contact her she call me mad and told me" i gonna report you dont return the key and broke something in the house and call me scammer because she said my intention is stay for free. I dont need stay free , just i rent the property for the pool and dont work and house is dirty and i told her for my protection to prove i leave the house inmediatly, i take video of the house before leave and actualy documented in the video my return of the key on lock box.DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. she advertise the pool in the picture and at you arrive and you contact her, she said pool is not on listing.. i contact expedia and they agree with me if she show pictures of the pool is included in the listing. I hope expedia remove her property from the listing property.. i have 8 years in expedia never problems before.

Lack of amenities

I have rented a lot of houses in my line of work and the lack of certain things such as linen and trash bags really didn’t sit well with me or my group. The purpose of renting places like this is so after a long day of work I can go to a place that feels like home. Check in was a hassle because the proper codes hadn’t been sent out and it took the host almost an hour to answer the phone.
