“Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. “Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. “Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent.”
