“Front desk staff was amazing and the manager welcomed us personally. The hot tub had the best jets I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Great location - we could walk everywhere.”

“This was our 4th time staying here and it never disappoints! We love the unique property and rooms, and the fact that there is so much in a walkable distance. The staff is also wonderful, front desk, valet and restaurant staff. We had fun getting to know Chris in the restaurant/bar. We will be back!”

“Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. ”

“Floors were sticky and the bathroom door was almost off all the hinges. There was also a smell as soon as you opened the door. Check in took forever. I do not recommend. ”
