“This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). The rooms are nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable, also we felt the daily cleaning was slightly below par, although on the whole the room was clean, there was a stain on the carpet and sink wasn't cleaned well each day. “I founded the hotel quite embarassing. Nobody could speak english. The reception was often empty and, if not, useless for non turkish speaking. We had a black out in our room at 11 pm that couldn’t be fixed up: from a so called 5 stars hotel I expect to be upgrated for the inconvenience. Not at all, they moved us into a smoking room and I had to struggle to obtaine a non smoking. Again what do you expect from a 5 stars as bath supplies? 2 small bottles of shampoo....and that’s all.”
