“Rooms are clean and comfortable. It was really nice having a fridge and microwave for easy storing and reheating. Resort is close to historic downtown Deadwood; lots to do within walking distance. The staff, especially Adrian and Shannon, were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We will definitely stay there next year. ”

“Excellent room- it was huge! Very clean and loved the history of the building. The staff was less than friendly upon arrive and leaving in the morning. I was also unaware of the fact that it was also a casino, so my daughter couldn’t really leave the room. ”

“I really was impressed with the restaurant excellent food. I loved the casino on the premises with card games instead of all slot games. Both restaurant and casino right close without having to walk outside to get to them. Beautiful location right in the downtown gorge on main street. Right across the street from the saloon Wild Bill Hikcock used to frequent during the late 1800s.”

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alla reception per chiedere il servizio di room keeping, e ci hanno finalmente mandato il personale addetto. Però abbiamo dovuto lasciare le camere prima di cena per fare le pulizie e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre la colazione ha poca offerta di prodotti. Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio e di più."
