“There was close and easy assigned parking. Loved staying here. Very cool building and great staff. Only complaint is the beds ans pillows are not good. But would stay here again!”

“Don't expect to get in at check in time I waited 2 hours. Good thing I didn't have my pet. Then said $25 to for any damage then returned but charged $46. Said they would call when room was ready as I was in casino, but I finally went to desk and they were checking in people that didn't wait near as long as I did. Very unprofessional. ”

Charlotte at the front desk was beyond helpful each day and the friendliest person on the property, though all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was very good. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera...
