“The Laandmark hotel is a beautiful hotel. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating! To walk into a room and have a mint and note from the hotel on the bed was something that doesn’t happen at most hotels! The complimentary beer upon check in was an awesome surprise! We would 100% stay here anytime we’re in the area!!!!”

“I wish that I would have taken more pictures because as a part time history buff, I loved this place. We don't usually "bed n breakfast" but I was overwhelmed with the generosity of the owners and the loveliness of their home. They have certainly put their own hearts into this wonderful BnB. Keep up the great work!”

“This hotel was nice, we were immediately greeted by a gentlemen in the parking garage who was outrageously helpful and kind. The woman who checked us into our room was a little grumpy but it was busy and the gentlemen in the parking garage had already given me all the info I needed for the most part. “Excellent room- it was huge! Very clean and loved the history of the building. The staff was less than friendly upon arrive and leaving in the morning. I was also unaware of the fact that it was also a casino, so my daughter couldn’t really leave the room. ”

Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alla reception per chiedere il servizio di room keeping, e ci hanno finalmente mandato il personale addetto. Però abbiamo dovuto lasciare le camere prima di cena per fare le pulizie e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre la colazione ha poca offerta di prodotti. Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio e di più."
