We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required
For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..
Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.
Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

Guest Verification & Fees
Truvi guest verification is required prior to arrival. This is a simple process that requires uploading a photo and valid driver’s license. A $50 damage waiver is applied per stay.

Last-Minute Bookings
