“From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.”

“When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night ”

“Clean property. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Quiet property. Tommy and his wife were amazing hosts. Restaurants and shops within walking distance or a 3 min. drive. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Property is pet friendly.”

“My wife and I had a great stay! The staff were very nice and helpful. They always had a smile and were willing to help freshen up the room or have breakfast ready on time. The Sail Away room was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for us. The cottage is just a walk through the dunes to the beach.”
