This completely renovated, two bedroom condo has ocean front and pool views, located steps to the beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker and coffee maker.

Amenities: Air conditioning (new unit), 3 large flat screen televisions, cable.
Linens are supplied.

Beautiful views from three new oversized sliding glass doors with plantation shutters for privacy.

Large, private beachfront balcony overlooking the pool.

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping in condo.

Small pets will be considered. Please contact to inquire.

The 2nd floor condo is accessible by staircase with two dedicated parking spots beneath the unit.

Sharon and Jim were phenomenal hosts! The beds were comfortable and the linens were fabulous. The shower had amazing pressure and the view was stunning! Right from our balcony, just a stones throw away, was the Bethune beach. We watched dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffee! Sharon made sure we had all the food staples since we arrived on Christmas Day, and the condo was more than inviting. Beautiful beach chairs, boogie boards, pickleball paddles, everything you could want in a vacation rental! This is a 10/10 vacation rental - you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for making our family vacation the best ever! God Bless!

The ocean was up front and close! Kitchen and home had everything you needed. A well stocked beach closet if you had children and needed something for the beach. Sharon thought of everything to make your stay complete.

Best vacation for our family! Sharon and Jim are both outstanding and amazing! Their place is a little slice of Heaven for good relaxation! We saw and did so much with our kids - saw a turtle come in to lay her eggs (scared us at first but so cool), walked across the street to the park to see manatees / dolphins, my husband fished right off the beach (which made his day cause it’s not crowded), the kiddos found so many seashells too and the condo was perfect! Beds were so comfortable and we slept great! If you are looking for a little getaway - this is the place!!! We will be booking this place again and again! They also own the cutest Mermaid Cafe which we fell in love with too - the food was delicious and so was the service!

Turtles 'n' fish

Less than a football pitch from the beach this property is ideally situated for a relaxing or an action filled holiday. Watch a rocket launch, sit/walk/run on the beach, swim/fish/paddle in the ocean, enjoy plenty of restaurants nearby or drive into Flagler Ave or Canal St for other eateries or a wee bit culture. The property itself is clean (although there marks on the kitchen cupboard doors, but hey, that happens), plenty of towels, kitchen gear, outdoor accoutrements including a fishing pole. Beds were comfortable and cool. Lovely balcony to sit drinking early morning coffee or a nightcap while watching/listening to the ocean. Lots of wildlife including nesting turtles, manatees over in Mosquito Lagoon, plenty of fish and birds. A very nice place - we'll be back. Thanks.

Excellent Stay

Sharon’s place was great. The location is awesome, and quiet. The pool is nice and the no drive area of NSB is great and the area is very quiet at night.The beds are all comfortable and there was plenty of towels etc.It’s only a short walk to the beach.We will definitely stay again! And if you get a chance to check out their restaurant, the Mermaid Cafe, definitely do so. The food is great.

Wonderful work lace to stay! It’s right where we expected, been at New Smyerna Beach before just never stay at Turtle Mound. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom was very appreciated. It’s really nice to have the little things when you first get to your condo! We will stay there again if available!

Great Value

Perfect place for a quiet weeklong stay. Comfortable and efficient condo with a great view of the ocean/sunrise. Easy walk to the beach. Pool right at the bottom of the stairs. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen & unit had everything we needed. New full sized laundry. Wall mounted TV in each room. Beds are good - one is significantly firmer than the other. 4 beach chairs, several beach umbrellas, plenty of beach towels. Flight and a half of stairs to climb up to unit. 2 covered and reserved parking spaces beneath building. We found this part of the beach to be very quiet and clean. Great spot for long beach walks. Sharon is very easy to work with and you certainly can’t beat the price for oceanfront accommodations. If we ever get back to New Smyrna Beach, this is the first place we will check into!

New Smyrna Beach

We loved our time in this condo. The unit overlooks the pool and the ocean is just steps away. Condo was furnished well and had beach chairs/umbrella to enjoy the beach. We even got to see 2 space launches from the beach area. Sharon was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely consider this condo again for future vacations.

Wonderful

This was the 1st time staying at this condo and everything was wonderful. It was well-stocked with just about everything you could want or need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The location and views were equally fantastic. Sharon, the host, was always avaiable and responded quickly to any and all questions. I will definitely consider staying here again.

RELAX AND ENJOY!

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely condo. My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed every minute we were there. The condo is decorated beautifully with the focus on the gorgeous views of the Atlantic. Easy parking, quiet location, but close to everything you need. Sharon is a very gracious host and their cafe is wonderful too. If you’re lucky enough to book this, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Place to Stay

How can you compete with a two bedroom condo that faces the Atlantic Ocean and is just steps from the beach? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all. We especially liked that it was quiet and out away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Yet, it was close to the beach, to Mary McLeod park, and the Canaveral National Seashore. We saw dolphins, manatee, gopher tortoise, armadillos, and even a rocket launch! The beds were very comfortable and the place was stocked well with everything we needed for the week's stay. There is a Dollar Store Grocery down the road and a Publix a little closer to town for getting any groceries you might need. The pool was kept clean, although it was a little too cool for us to put it to use. It was so relaxing having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sunrise. (Be advised that this is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator). The host, Sharon, was very easy to work with and answered any inquiries quickly and efficiently. We also felt the price was one of the best offered in the area. We'd definitely come back here again!

Perfect On-the-Beach Condo

Spacious living area with 3 sliding glass doors, leading to the balcony, overlooking the pool and the beach. You can see/hear the ocean waves from inside the great room as well as the balcony! If there is a planned Cape Canaveral launch, you have the option of watching it from the balcony or the beach. The condo is clean and well maintained with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Easily accessible washer and dryer are located in the unit. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided; umbrella, beach chairs, and towels. It is a quiet location; steps away from Bethune Beach Park, and a few blocks from Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park. There are a plethora of restaurants and quaint shops in downtown New Smyrna Beach with additional shops and restaurants just across the short causeway. You must try The Mermaid Cafe for the delectable waffles and light-as-air beignets! Sharon and Jim are wonderful hosts, accessible, and easy to work with. We will certainly be back!

This property was perfect: easy to find, beautifully decorated, everything worked (appliances, heat/AC, TVs, WIFI etc), kitchen was well stocked with essentials, bed was comfortable, lots of hot water, quiet. We enjoyed exploring New Smyrna and surrounding area.

Disappointed with cleanliness and communication

While the location was great and amenities good overall, the unit was not cleaned adequately before our stay. After a long day of travel, we arrived to bed sheets and furniture covered in dog hair and a filthy bathroom and shower. I even found dirty underwear left on the floor. Regarding communication, I expected to hear from the property owner/manager a few days before our stay and did not hear from her until the day before and didn't get check-in info until 3:30pm on the day of our arrival. When I notified her of the uncleaned condition and dog hair on the sheets, I never received a response. We cleaned the bathroom, changed the sheets, and vacuumed the couch, which made the unit OK, but it still smelled like a large dog had lived there for a long time. I would not recommend staying in this property in that condition.
