This home has 2 masterfully designed bedrooms. On one end of the house, the master bedroom has a king bed. On the other end of the home is the other room with 2 single beds.

The walkability of this property is good to get to the beach as well as some restaurants, but you would need a car for most things.

The garage is not usable for vehicles to park in, however you may store your beach gear and anything else you need kept out of the elements during your stay!
$250 pet fee per pet, per month requested separately after booking for stays of 28+ nights.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit are required (sec dep only required for stays of 28+ nights).
Pack-n-play, baby bath, and baby monitor are available by request only prior to arrival.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $10 charge per person after the 2nd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
