Oltre alla splendida vista sull'oceano nella camera da letto principale, c'è un letto king size e TV.

Nella camera degli ospiti, c'è un letto matrimoniale così un'altra coppia di adulti può rimanere. C'è una stanza bonus che viene utilizzata come una camera familiare o una zona notte aggiuntiva. C'è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, molte famiglie usano questa stanza per i bambini. Puoi piegare il letto e c'è molto spazio per far giocare il bambino. Il condominio ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice e WIFI. Family Beach Week

Our New Smyrna vacation

enjoyed the stay. The room was great, and the location was very nice and friendly. The beds are harder then we are used to so sleeping was difficult. Need to replace the batteries in the remote controls and the flashlight. The blinds over the patio need to be repaired, the middle does not close. The condo was well stocked, and all the appliances are very nice

Great stay!

We loved the condo which was perfectly situated with a fabulous view of the ocean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The third “bedroom” has curtains that provides privacy & allowed for my 2 daughter lady to have their own space. Great washer & dryer that looked new & worked great. The only thing that I didn’t love was the beds were too firm for my taste. Overall 10/10!

Beautiful setting.

Loved the area, great shops and restaurants Setting beautiful. We had gorgeous weather too. We had a problem two days prior to check out. They resurfaced the parking lot and wanted all cars off. There was no parking available, except on street or dirt surfaces. A better way would have been to do 1/2 at a time.After several calls, we were compensated for our inconvenience.

Great stay!

My husband and I, our daughter and my parents enjoyed this property for a week! The location is amazing and the complex has a fantastic set up allowing you to easily enjoy the beach and the pool (basically at the same time). The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Melynda was quick to respond with any questions or concerns and quickly resolved a small problem we experienced with an appliance. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

We will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible time staying at this condo. First of all the condo itself is amazing, so beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a fantastic view of the ocean and watched the sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the pool, using grills and playing on the beach. The people were awesome and it was super well kept and the environment was nice and chill not party central which was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back next year!

We have spent a week in NSB every summer for the last 14 years. This was our first time at Pelican. It is my favorite condo! Everything was perfect. Met several residents and they were friendly and welcoming.

Perfection!

We loved our stay. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The pools were great and the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and we loved that everyone got their own bed. We would definitely stay at The Pelican again!

Great Condo

Condo was much bigger than expected and beautifully updated. Great view of the ocean with nice outside seating for drinking coffee in the morning. We had plenty of room and everything needed was provided. Will definitely stay again.

My review

Loved the condo. Very nice and clean. Would like to make some suggestions. Add more chairs. There were two chairs with five of us. Also I could only find two extra blankets and there were five of us. I would highly recommend condo.

Nice stay at a nice condo!

We rented this unit for a long Labor Day weekend celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. The condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The condo was just as described in the listing. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived but with prompt help from the property manager, it was up and running in a short time. The furniture was comfy, beds were firm but comfy, condo was well stocked with towels, bedding, any kitchen supplies you need, chairs for the beach, toys for the beach...anything you need. The condo is very close to the elevator which is always a plus. The complex was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again! We love New Smyrna Beach!

Great Stay!

The property was clean & spacious with a cute coastal decor. As a family of 5, the kids each had their own bed & no one had to sleep on the pull out couch. The kids loved the direct access to the beach via the pool deck. New Smyrna Beach was a great beach town … we appreciated that so many amenities were in close proximity to the Pelican. Would rent again!
