Il condominio è un ben arredato 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare un massimo di 6 persone al 4 ° piano. La cucina ha un frigorifero full size con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno con piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde ed è completamente attrezzata per preparare un pasto o preparare un cocktail ghiacciato. Con in mente le famiglie, il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6. La camera da letto principale presenta un letto king size e un bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli a castello e un letto full size con bagno per gli ospiti. Anche in vacanza, semplifica la vita con una lavatrice e asciugatrice interna, lenzuola, teli mare e altro ancora. Il complesso è noto per resort come Il complesso è noto per resort come alloggi per includere 2 piscine con molti posti a sedere e aree ombreggiate, shuffleboard, tavoli da picnic e barbecue. Lovely property, gorgeous views from the Unit's large balcony. Very nice pool deck and easy ocean access. Only complaints were no shampoo and conditioner in any bathrooms, only one small bar of soap, and only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels...adding these would upgrade the stay.

Great stay in NSB

Such a relaxing stay at The Pelican! I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years, and The Pelican is, by far, my favorite home away from home. The property and the condo are well-maintained. It’s very peaceful, and all condos are beach-facing with outstanding views. I’ll stay here again and again. Melynda communicated Information upon arrival and departure, and was available if any issues arose, and I happily had no issues here. Great place for those with children of all ages.

This unit was a great place to stay. My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a few days in NSB. Clean & had everything we needed. The condo bldg itself is well cared for and in a good location for walking to some of our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to the Pelican for years and it is always great. This condo unit was great, it was nice booking through VRBO which allowed flexibility of amount of days we could come. We plan to come again! Great spot.

Such a great condo right on the beach. Far enough south that the beach traffic is minimal. Pools are cleaned everyday and the entire property is well maintained! We will definitely be back.

# Perfect Beach Getaway - 5 Stars!Our week at this New Smyrna Beach condo exceeded all expectations! The unit was spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout. Waking up to ocean views from the balcony was pure magic, and being just steps from the beach made every day effortless.The location couldn't be better - just a short drive to the restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We're already planning our return trip - this place has become our new favorite Florida destination!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true beach vacation experience.

Good overall stay. Mechanical issues with A/C that were misdiagnosed at first and Pelican management shut off water and threatened to make us move. Once A/C was properly diagnosed Pelican management took their time turning our water back on, but the VRBO manager kept in contact and helped as much as possible. We didn’t end up having to move, so the interruption was relatively brief. Pelican management were not very helpful to property owners in my opinion.Good condo. As described and very accommodating property manager.

Beach Delight!

This condo is ideally located for a great beach getaway convenient to local shops and restaurants while quiet and peaceful in the condo. The view is amazing and the unit very comfortable and stylish . All my expectations were met and more. The Pelican grounds were beautiful , pool, and units well maintained. Lots of parking during May. Great communication with Melynda . Highly recommend.

Great stay. Amazing views

We all loved our stay. The pelican is a great complex. Everyone we met was so nice. Very relaxing. The unit was older but was very clean. The living room is very open and the views from the living room and balcony were amazing as advertised. Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Master bedroom was roomy but the en-suite was small, no area for hair tools, make up etc. shower/tub were fine. Nice to have tub for 3yo. The other bedroom was small but worked ok since we were only there for 4 nights. Kitchen was adequate.

Great beach getaway

The condo ( two bedrooms, and a rollaway) was perfectly comfortable for two couples and our unmarried daughter. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves is so relaxing. The whole facility is well kept, well built, and secure. We were surprised at check-in that only two parking passes were allowed, but their overflow parking was convenient. We did not know there was driving on the beach, which might matter to a family bringing children. There are a couple of issues with the fridge, a broken shelf and a drawer that doesn’t open, a broken decorative wall light, and the cleaning staff had overlooked some details. But overall we found everything clean, well furnished and lovely. We had a great time and would go back.

Perfect getaway at the Pelican.

I grew up inland from New Smyrna Beach and have stayed at the Pelican several times in the past. Without a doubt this was the nicest condo I have stayed at and the owner Melynda could not have been more accommodating. Early in the summer my Dad requested that I see if it would be possible for us to take my Mom to the beach for a getaway. He has to use a walker since back surgery a couple of years ago, but wanted her to be able to enjoy it. I started looking for possibilities at the Pelican, because then I knew he could come and enjoy it the beach too in the way that he likes it, from inside through the windows or even on the balcony. Why the Pelican? Because they have elevators and a great layout that keeps noise to a minimum. Melynda was very kind and flexible with our check-in needs and even let us have a little extra time to check out when the elevator nearest our condo was having trouble the morning of our departure (which slowed us down considerably). The condo itself is beautiful and has an open plan. So many beach rentals are dated, and often a bit cluttered, but this one is just right. Our only issues were with extremely slow internet, but that is a property-wide issue, not one particular to this condo, and we know next time to be prepared with a strong wifi hot spot. My Mom and daughter used their hot spots so much that the phone company slowed their speeds. The condo has everything you need and is in a great location. Swimming near a lifeguard is essential for peace of mind at New Smyrna, and there is a lifeguard chair located right near the complex. My parents and my husband and my daughter and I all had a great time and hated having to leave. Already various members of the family are lobbying to rent this condo again. I can't thank Melynda enough for making our stay so wonderful. If I have one regret it is that this review may make it harder for me to book next time, but that's life. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
