Welcome to our
🌸Beach House 🌸
Beautiful remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo PLUS A LOFT! Right on no drive section of New Symrna beach. With ocean views from the living room and master room!

Bedroom # 1: mermaid room
• Queen bed, closet, tv, and sunset views of the mangroves!

Bedroom # 2: kids room!
• Equipped with a twin and trundle bed, a full bed, and a large walk in closet there’s plenty of room to put the kiddos in here! With amazing views of the mangrove sunset right from the window!

Hall bathroom:
•This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, right next to the 2 bedrooms. Full bathroom perfect for kids and adults.

Bedroom # 3: Master room
• It doesn’t get better than a king bed with ocean view and a balcony! This master bedroom has a fantastic onsuite with a double vanity and a walk in shower!

Master bathroom:
•This luxurious bathroom has a double vanity, and a large walk-in shower with a bench.

Bed #4: The Loft!
• A beautiful loft with 2 double beds situated right above the kitchen with your very own set of Swirly stairs! Includes curtains to block off the view from the living room for much added privacy!

With a beautiful balcony to relax and unwind listening to the calming sounds of the ocean!

The condo is situated on the 3rd level, close to the elevator and stairs. It sits on the mature side of the beach, much safer for kids as there is no driving allowed!

Full sized kitchen with updated appliances! Plus Washer and Dryer in the unit!
Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, oven, stove. Tv’s in every room, and plenty of games for those rainy days!

There is cable, and private WiFi. The complex is clean with beautiful landscape kept very nice!

Short drive to Flagler Ave, where there is many shops and a variety of restaurant to choose from!

Our stay in the condo was great. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Even though the weather was a little cool the kids still went swimming in the pool and beach access was great. We had no issues during our stay and Karyn responded quickly anytime we communicated. We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night and with the door access code the entry was easy and efficient. We used this condo as our home base for attending the Daytona 500 and it worked out well. We would definitely return!

Great location. (Other friends were staying there at Schooner Point.) Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Two bathrooms for seven adults worked out OK. Love the view and the balcony. Slept well in the loft. Karen was an accessible host and had a nicely decorated place. The beach itself is a fantastic section in new Smyrna Beach. No seaweed, nice hard packed sand, it was windy, but you can’t help that. Overall fantastic trip. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a great location - steps to the beach and in a safe neighborhood. The master suite and the loft room were our family favorites. The beachy decor was welcoming and the games/puzzles were nice to have on rainy days. Karyn was always super quick to respond to my inquiries and was accomodating and easy to work with. Would definitly recommend.

Fabulous Oceanfront Getaway!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was more fantastic than the last. Pictures do not do this property justice! The owner is a quick and clear communicator and the property instructions are easy to follow. Will definitely book a future stay!

Great condo and location

Our family stayed at this lovely condo for three nights in March. It’s right on the no drive part of NSB. The grandchildren loved the pool and easy access to the beach. After four busy days at theme parks, we enjoyed the slower pace and friendly atmosphere. The host was responsive to our questions and provided a great experience for our family. We would love to return in the future.

Great trip to NSB

In town for a wedding. Had 5 adults and one child. Accommodations were fine and as advertised. Thermostat wasn’t self explanatory but we figured it out. Showers had plenty of pressure and HOT water. Door lock was a little quirky at times but wasn’t a real issue. Huge number of towels available. Beach was beautiful and pool area well maintained. Only complaint was that the trash bins were across the street.

Love this place!

We've stayed at this property multiple times now. We have always had a great time and the other residents and guest are always kind, understanding, and respectful. It's hard to find a place that accommodates a family of 7. Property management are so kind and responsive. This place is the quietest and most relaxing place we've ever stayed and we will continue to return.

Comfortable, Convenient Beach Gataway

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. Fast communication from owner, lovely property stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! The location of the property is perfect. Sunrise views, incredibly easy beach access on the no-drive side of NSB. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked to come back next year.

Pool and grounds were lovely and well maintained. The pool water was warm even in the evening during our entire visit. Beach was clean and never crowded. Condo itself was a perfect fit for our family. My only regret was that I did not stay longer.

Perfectly quiet getaway

Such a wonderful home… beachy, roomy, and clean. It has everything you could want for a carefree week at the ocean. The access to the beach is even closer than the photos depict. Karyn is a gracious and accessible host. Nothing negative to say about this one! We will be back.

Quick sorority reunion (for ladies over 65!)

We wanted to get away for a short stay after a bigger reunion near Orlando. The place was perfect. Everything we needed in the condo and plenty of room. Ocean was cool this time of year, but great to walk on the beach and heated pool was a place to hang. Fun restaurants close by. Master bedroom was gorgeous. Deck is excellent place for cocktails!

Best Beach Getaway

Karyn’s condo was the best in each category. The condo has plenty of beds, towels, blankets. The large balcony has a nice view. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The beach is a short walk from the condo and far enough away from the beach crowds. The soft sugar sand was a nice surprise. It was nice to have the pool as an alternative to the beach. I highly recommend this condo and will book with Karen again.

Very nice condo and community on no-drive beach

The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a stay at the beach. Pool and Beach access were close by and elevator provided extra convenience for third floor. The loft is best suited for adults or older children as the railings are very wide. The patio was very large and the the perfect place to relax with an ocean view while our little ones napped. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. We had a family trip every June and have been looking for just the right place to accommodate all of us including my 3 1/2 year-old grandson. Steps from the beach and all the amenities we needed to eat in the room for breakfast and lunch. Quiet end of the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Great Beach Weekend

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at the beach relaxing with family. Love this condo complex located right on the beach and great pool area too! This unit has a beautiful view and plenty of space! Highly recommend!
