This is the best on the Atlantic Ocean.

Extra large balcony overlooks the pool, the Atlantic Ocean, the Inlet where boats come in/out of intercostal, and 190 acre beautiful mangrove/sea grass/dunes park with 2 miles of elevated walking paths right outside the door.

New patio furniture to enjoy the view.

2 pools to choose from.

Beautiful club house with fitness center.

Recent Updates: 4 new appliances, new lighting fixtures, all new faucets, tray ceiling with can lights in kitchen and newly installed lights over the bar, fully repainted, new patio furniture.

We enjoyed ourselves! This is our third fabulous stay in this building, and we liked this floor plan the best so far. Why? The open main living area offers a wider ocean view, with the bedrooms on the back (west) side. Prior units split the ocean view between the master BR and living area -- that made for a great master bedroom, but a narrower view from the living room. We preferred this. Also enjoyed the balcony.

Incredible location and views of New Smyrna Inlet! Closest property to the Inlet and overlooking Smyrna Dunes Park which has a great elevated boardwalk loop that is maybe a mile in total with very cool canopies and picnic locations along the way. Terry the host was responsive and friendly. You won’t find many better places for surfing, fishing and experiencing the beauty of Florida.

An absolute beautiful and well kept property, the owner is very friendly and easy to reach, the condo has a beautiful view, a large balcony (my favorite feature), large rooms, plenty of space, giving us a very comfortable stay, makes up want to keep coming back!

Great stay - amazing location with clean comfortable unit

Clean spacious 2 bedroom condo with amazing view of New Smyrna beach. The condo comes with all the amenities of Minorca which is a huge plus. The oceanfront patio and kitchen/ family room were also large and tidy. Communication from ownership was timely and courteous without being overbearing. Overall a great stay we will look to do again!

Lovely condo in great location! Great big balcony-which we love as I hang out there alot relaxing. View is awesome. Nice pools and can walk to busy part of beach to to Dog area and quiet area along the inlet. Thank you very much Terry!

So much to love

Our family of 5 stayed here this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The view, condo, the pools and hot tubs, the waves, everything was perfect. Great communication throughout. We will definitely come back.

Beach Retreat

Terry's condo was the perfect spot after a week hiking in Georgia. When you walk in the door, you are presented with an amazing panoramic ocean view that never lets you down. We had a quiet, peaceful week and spent many hours on the porch enjoying the quiet and the view.

Million dollar views

We enjoyed Terrys property so much! She was so helpful and the condo had EVERYThing! The view is breathtaking and the whole place feels like an upscale resort. The condo was super clean and well stocked. We hope to be back next year !

A wonderful stay

My husband and I had an extended stay at this property. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend. Everything you would want/need was provided. The owner was so nice and extremely responsive when we contacted him. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Terrific host

Due to the fact that my wife and I were never able to stay at this condo, this may seem like an unusual review. Shortly before check-in, I begin having some health issues, I notified the host that it was possible, we would not be there on the start date. He was very sympathetic, and said that he would work with us in anyway he could. I later advised That we would not be able to stay due to continuing health issues. Again the host was extremely sympathetic, and worked closely with us so as to be reimbursed for our payment to VRBO. He went well out of his way to do this. The host concern, sympathy, and patience with regard to our situation, was truly remarkable Given the character of the host, we can’t imagine that this condo would be anything other than a perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach

5 stars! We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice clean place. Decorated very nicely! The view from the balcony is beautiful! If you’re a surfer one of the best waves and the most consistent wave on the east coast is a 5 minute walk. The surrounding area, the pools and fitness center are nice. Thank you for having us and we look forward to our next visit :)

Girls trip

My sister, neice, daughter and I stayed for just under a week and everything was wonderful. So close to the beach, the nature boardwalk and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The Inlet at New Smyrna Beach
