Ocean and Pool View Condo - Point East Condominium

Complesso condominiale completamente rinnovato sulla splendida spiaggia senza auto, completato nel 2018. Splendida vista sull'oceano e sulla piscina dal balcone al 3 ° piano, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Nuovi pavimenti, dipinti di fresco e decorazioni costiere. Condominio completamente attrezzato, basta portare i tuoi costumi da bagno.

Camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e tv a schermo piatto. Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Estrarre il divano nel soggiorno. Due bagni completi. Tavolo e sedie da giardino sul balcone per gustare il caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale con vista sia sullo splendido Atlantico che sulla piscina.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, pentole, padelle e utensili da cucina.
TV via cavo a schermo piatto in soggiorno, wifi e telefono inclusi.

Ascensore vicino all'unità.

Grande piscina con vista sull'oceano (riscaldata in inverno), oltre a una piscina per bambini più piccola. Sedie a sdraio, tavoli e ombrelloni sulla terrazza della piscina. La zona piscina ha anche una grande club house coperta con tv a schermo piatto, tavoli e sedie e barbecue a gas. Campi da shuffleboard sull'oceano e ingresso sicuro alla spiaggia.

Clean and comfortable PRIME Location

The property was clean and comfortable. It was literally steps to the beach and the pool looks out over the beach. Very well maintained grounds! It was well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

Already planning our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Sept stay at Point East Condominium

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.

Point East Stay

The condo was clean with easy check in! Our family has been staying at Point East for years and this was the first time using VRBO for the rental process. I will be doing it again! We love New Smyrna and alway have a great experience!!

Great Condo!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.

Just what we needed!

Lovely Property!

We loved this property. It was lovely. It had everything you would need. I've never explored this area before and it was fantastic. The location was perfect. The property was spotless. Views were spectacular. I will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend staying at this unit.
