This beautifully remodeled, "My Happy Place" apartment is the perfect location for your next stay in downtown De Pere! Enjoy the comforts of a freshly remodeled apartment and the excitement of downtown living, all wrapped into one! This apartment would be ideal for solo travelers in town for an extended stay, a student attending college at St. Norbert's, or just for a quick visit as well, as it is cheaper than a hotel room and has the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Ruesch Management and has a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise.

This apartment is located in the heart of downtown DePere on Main Avenue, just steps from shopping, dining and nightlife!

This apartment is located in the upper front section of a 3-unit building. There is another furnished rental unit in the rear of the building on the second floor and a vacant commercial space downstairs. The location is ideal, on Main avenue in DePere in the heart of the business district-- just steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, the Fox River, and St Norbert College.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival. Any other items needed can be purchased from Walgreens just a few blocks away as needed.

A great place to stay

I had an overall very enjoyable stay at My Happy Place. The location was ideal and suited my needs. However, I have to give most of my review here to the staff and their top notch service. There was some unexpected construction which affected day to day function, including losing water and internet at one point. The staff was receptive, understanding, and helped my family with alternate living arrangements for several days in the interim. I was very pleased at their customer service and how seriously they value the happiness of their tenants.
