“We loved our stay at St Geneva! Michael is an excellent host - very personable and responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze and wi-fi worked great. The location was perfect for exploring the Fox River Valley - we loved our long walks along the river between St Charles, Geneva and Batavia. Accommodations were really comfortable, including the a/c and overhead fans which we used on some very hot days. We were always comfortable indoors. The kitchen is cozy but very well supplied....

“We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash...
