There were room service trays left outside multiple rooms in our hall that were there at least 24 hours leaving the hallway smelling like old food. Very disappointing overall.”

“This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower.
