“We did not have bath towels or robes in our room and didn’t notice until I showered. Very unfortunate to have to dry off with a hand towel and no hair dryer. There were room service trays left outside multiple rooms in our hall that were there at least 24 hours leaving the hallway smelling like old food. Very disappointing overall.”

“This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. “Great position and helpful staff. The hostel is more than fine. Not so much space in the room though and bathroom doors don't seem to lock.”

“Tiny room with amazing view over the park and to the lake. The neighborhood is gorgeous, peppered with houses built after the fire. The AC was super loud but it did the trick. The rest of the hotel was a little bit shopworn.”

The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower.
