“Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it! ”
