“While the location with view of mountains was nice when we arrived the sofa was all ripped and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub as well. TV would not work in that we could not watch Netflix or any other app as the tv has no connection. “The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.”
