“Just want to say a huge thank you to Paul and his wife for the best stay we’ve ever had in a VRBO. Check in and out was so easy, the property is absolutely gorgeous, the mini cabin was spotless and stocked with anything extra we may need and quiet. Kitchen had everything we’d need to cook and even extra condiments. Highly recommend and the pricing is so good especially compared to the tiny cramped hotel rooms a mile away in Deadwood. “Location is great! Delicious restaurant right behind (Colonial House). Subway on the other side, Sonic across the street and gas station and Walgreens near by. As well as a grocery store. The road this place is on will take you right out of town to all the Hot tourist attractions! Apartment was great. Kitchenette, full size fridge. Box fan in the room was a Great Touch! "Da consigliare! In camera abbiamo trovato gli asciugamami sporchi degli ospiti precedenti buttati a terra e dimenticati, senza carta igienica, la porta d'entrata, sul lato strada, mal funzionante quindi poco sicura. La colazione scarsa e scadente. "

"Per il prezzo dell’hotel e il prestigio del brand Hilton ci saremmo aspettati un servizio migliore. Struttura moderna sopra al casino Cadillac Jack. Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti (gruppo di 4 in due camere) e abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia della camera. Infatti l’hotel fa la pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni, ma questo non è scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione online. Dopo il secondo giorno non erano state sistemate le due camere, per cui al rientro alla sera abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alla reception per chiedere il servizio di room keeping, e ci hanno finalmente mandato il personale addetto. Però abbiamo dovuto lasciare le camere prima di cena per fare le pulizie e non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Inoltre la colazione ha poca offerta di prodotti. Ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di meglio e di più."
