“The pool and hot tub is closed for the season. Not sure when it will be open, but I was bummed to not know this before booking. Breakfast was good. Not a whole lot of variety, but still good. The room itself was clean. The blanket they give you is paper thin, so if you get cold easily, I'd encourage you to bring a blanket. ”

“Absolutely loved the location and the outdoor spaces, including the patio outside our room. The room was a comfortable size, but could benefit from some updating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit sparse, the items that were provided were running low with an hour left of service. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. ”

“Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. ”

“This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. ”

“Our youngest child of five had just turned eighteen. So my husband & I felt we deserved a little getaway. The Captains suite was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, view of the water. It was evident the moment we walked in they care about details. Customer service & showing care of little details is important to me. They were amazing in both areas, making the trip even better.
