“Clean and comfortable room. Check in was easy although it felt weird to stay and not see staff at all(we checked in after 9 and left for an early ferry). Very convenient location to Anacortes ferry.”

“The owner was so pleasant to work with! ”

“Great place with kitchenette. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. The only negative is that there is no elevator available. We had suitcases that we needed help with; the person at the front desk helped when we checked in; when we checked out, we had to carry them down ourselves. It was difficult; so that part of the stay was hard. Thank you for a nice place to stay in the heart of anacortes.”

“Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops and east to get to other parts of the island from this spot. The suite we stayed in was dated but we didn’t mind. It was the perfect size for two remote workers. We snuck a peek at the room across the hall which was updated with vinyl plank flooring etc so it looks like they are slowly working on updating all of the rooms. ”

“I figured it’d be noisy being on the highway, but that’s ok, the motorcycles going by were obnoxious — but you’re on a highway! the check in was great— the guy working was friendly and efficient and confirmed we had the right idea for dinner— even gave us menu hints!! We loved the fact we were placed opposite the highway 20, so that DID help with the noise— the AC worked really well (in a hot spell right now) and the shower was hot and strong— we even asked for extra towels so we could shower...

“This property was a pleasant surprise. At arrival, I was disappointed from the appearance on the outside. Once I went inside, I could not have been more pleased. “We stayed at the EarthBox Inn for three nights while we biked the San Juans! Lovely spot to come back to each night! Beds and pillows were great and shower was nice. The location is excellent! We never moved our car once we parked it because everything is within walking distance. Had some lovely meals at the brewery which is just blocks away. Highly recommend the EarthBox!!”
