“Great Breakfast and clean rooms”

“The property was clean. Room was nice. Staff were friendly. The stay was quiet! We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again if I'm in the area again. I give it 5 stars. I'm a few towns over at a different hotel & wished it was as good. My room didn't have an iron. I checked out around 6am & didn't see breakfast. But other than that, the room was comfortable and served it's purpose! No bugs, no loud guests, no stains on towels or bed linen and clean parking lot.”

“We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure..”

“IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

“Early in the morning, there was a complete power outage. I was told it it would only last a few hours. However, it lasted throughout the rest of my stay until I checked out late in the morning. Also, there was basically only warm water for the shower, despite letting the water run for 10 minutes before getting into the shower”
