“Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants & shopping, which is why we’re in town. Very courteous staff, even got a phone call from the front desk shortly after checking in to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town!”

“The front desk clerk that checked us in was no friendly at all. I tried to make conversation with her and it was like talking to a brick wall. Its like she didnt know how to smile at all. Didnt tell us how to get to our room. I asked her how long shes been there and im so surprised shes been there as long as shes been. I feel customer service is not for her. She needs to smile more amd engage more when the customer talks to u. Not ignore them. ”

“Well placed location, close to restaurants and shopping. Condition of the hotel is excellent. Nice kitchenette with everything you might need to cook. And if it’s not there, you can go to the lobby where you can check out things like blenders, crock pots and other less frequently used things. ”

“The staff was friendly and informative. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking was pretty easy, too. My only complaint is the water pressure is lower than I'm used to. ”
