“It’s only about a block or so away from the beach and the fishing pier. Plenty of places to get food. Even a 7-Eleven close by for some small stuff all in walking distance. If you have a car it’s only minutes away from other things. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the office for the day, if needed.
