“The most serious issue involved a leaking air conditioning unit in our room that caused substantial water accumulation on the floor. While an engineer responded and cleaned up the water, we were informed that the unit could not be repaired until the following day. During this incident, my sister slipped and injured her toe. Upon returning home, X-rays confirmed that her toe was broken. Additionally, during our stay, my sister stepped on a piece of glass at the pool area and had to remove it...
