Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The hotel assigned my room to someone else while I was staying there. I was woken up by stranger people walking into my room with their hotel given keys. Not a great experience when you are sleepy and half dressed. Then, 5 minutes later I got a call from the front desk literally asking me who I was, looking me up by the last name and telling me the system didn't show that the room was occupied. After this was sorted out, we found out that our room keys were deactivated, and had to go to the reception to get new keys.
We spent two nights at the hotel and the room never got cleaned and no fresh towels.
The bathroom door in our room not only wouldn't lock, but it wouldn't stay closed, so we had to use a heavy garbage bin to hold it closed.
When we were checking out I waited in line to ask about 3 charges that hotel charged to my credit card that I didn't make. After about 20 minutes, a Manager came by and told me all the hotel systems were down and no information could be checked, she said she will call my mobile number the moment the systems will be back online (I am still waiting for the call).
No - I would not stay in this hotel again and wouldn't recommend to any of my friends to stay there.
