Case in affitto a Deerfield

“We had a very nice stay while visiting family in the local area. Very clean and accommodating. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Great location very close to Lake Milton. Only thing is if you’re older and/or lacking mobility the stairs are very steep, which access the bedrooms with the king and twin beds. Though there’s a bedroom on the first floor as well. Overall a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood.”

“My second time there and plan to stay again.”

“Loved the extra space!”

“Property was as described and perfect for our outing in Ohio, minor hiccup in regards to parking was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. Wayne came and made sure all was taken care of for us. Thanks!!!”

“House was a little older, as are most in the region, but it was nice and clean. Could use a few upgrades, but appeared the owners are working on that as the carpets/flooring and bathroom looked newer. Rooms were spacious. Location was perfect for us as we were close to family and events we planned on attending in the area. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and even offered suggestions for things to do in the area over the holiday weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and...

“Excellent property in all areas such as cleanliness, comfort, and size. It had many special touches that you don’t find with other VRBO properties. Host was wonderful and very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Sweet place. More spacious than you’d think and was also in great condition. Desolate location so it felt very private. No complaints.”

“We planned a last minute trip with pets and this home is what was available and we were glad to find somewhere to stay. There were no reviews so we went in blind. The host was very responsive when we reached out. The home is freshly painted inside with newer flooring. There are good and not so good on this home. The home is in a VERY run down area of Canton with lots of junky properties but appeared to be quiet. The furnishings (couches, beds) , linens and towels are very old but appeared...

“Our stay was superb. The only issue we had was that we made bacon in oven and did not have potholders. Loved the extra care in the coffee bar, snacks and things in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you.”

“The house is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, clean, and comfortable for 5 to 6 people. The kitchen is outfitted with up-to-date appliances. If you have older people or difficulty walking, there are a lot of stairs to climb in order to enter the house. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and efficient.”

“Great place for multiple families to stay. We enjoyed the space and having the park across the street was really nice. Great communication and response from the host. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Yes, Candice was very welcoming and helpful!. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. It would be helpful to have dressers in the bedrooms!”

“This property was nothing as advertised. We left and found a hotel room accommodations for the 8 of us. We noticed the AC wasn’t adequate as soon as we opened the door. The floor was sticky in the kitchen and the whole house seemed dirty. The temperature was 80 degrees inside. We left to get dinner after adjusting the thermostat down and returned 90 minutes later to find that the house somehow felt hotter. We never stayed a night. None of the pictures online were a true representation...

“The Century Home is great. It has been remodeled exquisitely and is very accommodating. We loved it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Duskhaven! The home was super clean, comfortable, inviting and had everything we needed and so much more. Stoney and Terese were a fantastic hosts! They were fast to communicate and made sure that at all times we had everything to make our stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. Truly the perfect home for a cozy getaway and we cannot wait to go back!”

“My friend and I had a very nice stay we were both impress on how exceptionally clean the place is. It looked just liked the pictures. The deck going into the apartment was very cute. We wish we had more time to enjoy this feature. Large TV in living room. Fast WiFi. Couch very comfortable. Air conditioning very cold. (A good thing.) Nice hot water in bathroom! We were very surprised how how quite the house was. Kevin the host was very prompt with answering our questions. Would be very...
