“Pet friendly but our room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom not that clean.
For three hours kids jumped off of beds and ran around screaming above us in the middle of the night. I asked the woman at the desk to ask them to quiet down after about an hour. She told me I had to call and ask them from my room, gave me their room number, or told me I had to go up and nicely knock on the door and ask them myself.
Breakfast buffet was low on everything and we never really did eat. Not too many...

“We had a suite. It was very nice. Separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area which is good if you want to get up without disturbing others. The hotel is right across from Bowling Green University. Nice and safe area. They also had a full breakfast in the morning. We have stayed here before and like this hotel.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud.
Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside.
Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.”
