Everything is convenient, only downfall, no private balcony access but on the 3rd floor you have a full blown balcony area that has viewing to the Bay to have your morning coffee, a swim or just relaxation. “The front desk lady was unhelpful and dismissive when we reported that our room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. She showed little concern for the inconvenience we were experiencing, we were burning. Fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk took the matter seriously and resolved it promptly and professionallY ”

“The exterior & interior of the hotel was great. Well lit parking area & the lobby had a great atmosphere. U fortune tel the hallway from the third floor was hot & humid. The room was great except for the roof area where the soffit llights were the ceiling paper was peeling & the exhaust fan in the restroom wasn’t properly installed leaving a gap. It rained our last morning there & the tv signal kept buffering. Other than that the stay was great & customer service was awesome.”

“The staff was welcoming and my room was fantastic!! 3 things I need for a good stay are a nice bed, good water pressure in the shower and and tv with many viewing options. H2S took care of that and then some. Great fridge, utensils, and all the conveniences you need for a great stay. Gym was adequate as well. Excellent!”
