Stone Quarry Studio Apartment

Edificio storico nel centro di Del Norte, CO. L'appartamento è sopra un ristorante e a pochi passi da negozi al dettaglio tra cui un ristorante di microbirrificio locale. A breve distanza in auto dalla zona sciistica di Wolf Creek e altre attrazioni locali.
Ora disponiamo di un condizionatore portatile disponibile nell'appartamento.

Lo spazio

letto matrimoniale, cabina doccia solo, cucina funzionante con macchina da caffè, tostapane, microonde, frigorifero, forno / fornello, lavatrice e asciugatrice in comune nel corridoio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti, con mangiare e utensili da cucina. C'è una scala per salire al monolocale.
Ora abbiamo un impianto di aria condizionata e riscaldamento nell'appartamento.
A partire dal 10/2016, abbiamo aggiunto una TV con lettore DVD che ha il wifi. Non c'è cavo.

Accesso ospite

Ingresso della tastiera nel corridoio che porta all'appartamento, disimpegno con accesso alla lavatrice e all'asciugatrice, cassetta con chiave per accedere alla chiave dell'appartamento alla porta per un facile check in e check out.

L'appartamento è un self check in e check out. Utilizza un catenaccio della tastiera per entrare nella scala e una casella di blocco per accedere alle chiavi. It was a cute apartment and they stocked it well. They even left towels specific to dry off your snowboard and skis. They communicated well about how to get in the apartment. It’s on the Main Street so a number of cafes, restaurants, and cute little shops within walking distance. The drive to Wolf Creek for snowboarding was less than an hour. When I come back to ski I will try to get this apartment again. My only note is that you have to walk about 20 stairs to get to it, so if that’s a problem for you then you might want to find another place.

Simple clean apartment right on main street. Bed, bathroom and kitchen all exceed needs and expectations for a great stay while you explore this part of Colorado. Brewery across the street for great eats and a pint. This place is a great option for single or couple travelers who want a great place to stay at a good price. Perfect for skiing at Wolf Creek, slightly farther than South Fork but with better restaurants and more affordable gas while still being on the better side of the pass for getting up to Wolf Creek. Second year staying at this place and it is definitely a preferred choice for future stays!

Right on the main street. Upstairs above a restaurant, but quiet and comfortable. Simple set up with nothing fancy. But plenty of the comforts of home made it great for my stay.

Great location within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. Loved how quiet it was even though it’s in the middle of everything. Very clean and well maintained and the owner was great about communicating with us during our stay.

We were taken back by how to find the apartment and the 23 steep steps that lead to the apartment. We were able to handle it but many people would need a warning. The apartment was great, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional but I really needed a bedside table and chairs for the counter that had backs. We are older and needed more accommodations for elderly.

The room is a great size for two people. It was very clean. I was surprised at how quiet it was since we were above restaurants. We will definitely be coming back. The rates are great!!

Felt like home. Very warm, homey feel. Super clean, well supplied with kitchen and bath items, super comfortable bed. Hosts were very nice and responsive to me. I will definitely stay here again!

It meets all my needs with a comfy bed, kitchen and Netflix. I do still think it needs a full length mirror and darker curtains in the kitchen. The sun wakes me up about 530. I'll continue to book whenever I'm in the area.

There was one small hiccup with getting the wrong code for the door key and I unfortunately had to call the owner fairly late but she provided me with the correct code and we were able to get in. Other than that the stay was great. The area was cute and convenient. The studio itself had nice, thoughtful touches. I would recommend darker curtains to block out the morning light and a full length mirror. Overall I would stay again and recommend.

Stairs are difficult at our age. The apartment is very well appointed. The TV only worked one afternoon, after that the sound was clicking in and out and made it impossible to watch. It was VERY cold when we were there and the small heater did a pretty good job except for the bathroom. Overall, very pleasant.

I would definitely stay here again. When we arrived the apartment was clean and warm. It was really easy to access and really comfortable.

The owners have updated this space in a quaint old building with high ceilings. When we were having trouble with the tv, Chad came by and helped us. He is proud of the cabinetry he’s made and we had everything we needed. We were worried about noise from the restaurant below, but we never heard a sound. Nice little town, near roads leading into the San Juan Mountains and a multitude of “14ers”.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Loved it as much as the first time. Within walking distance to various eateries and small town establishments (antique store, coffee shop, pizza place, etc.) The apartment had all of the amenities that we needed. Look forward to staying there again.

This was a small and intimate studio apartment. Just the right size for us! All of the extras were there - paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, fan, heater, overhead fan and light, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishes, hand towels, wash clothes. It felt like being at home. Laura and Chad were great in answering our questions and getting back to us promptly. They provided a binder with information and various places to visit. All in all, it was a great trip for us and our accommodations were fantastic!
