“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Room was clean when we got there but the bathroom didn't close. I called 3 times for the housekeeper to come to get cleans towels first I was told to take the dirty ones to the lobby and to get clean ones and then was told they would send the housekeeper she never came I called 2 hours later and was told they were sending right away and she never came I called again and was told again she was coming right now and she never showed up. Other than that our stay was great.”
