“The hotel was good, except that it’s located right next to hw 99 and it was very loud at night with truck zooming by. The walls were thin and didn’t block out noise. The style of bed was odd and creaked a lot.”

“The room was grimy from the doors to the carpet and mattress to the bathroom. There are roaches and a hole where the piping is by the sink. We left halfway through to another hotel. The area is also unsafe with people having what seemed like a yard sale in the back. Management did not believe me when I asked for a refund and she was always “out of office”.
I cannot believe this experience and I don’t feel like I had a vacation.”
