“The staff was always very friendly and attentive. Rooms were decently clean. Sheets had some old stains on them. Bathroom sink drained super slow but my boyfriend was able to quickly fix that. Toilet flushed hard. Like seriously thought it was going to break every time we flushed it. Otherwise it was perfect for the price”

“so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do.
as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.”
