“It’s a newer very clean hotel in the Lancaster area. The lobby is very spacious, the complimentary breakfast is suffice with a good amount of options. The rooms are standard with a very nice bathroom/shower. Our family would stay here again. Only down fall, in my opinion, would be the indoor pool. Once you walk inside the pool area it feels like a sauna. Little too warm for my liking, for others they might prefer it. ”
“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite.
The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food.
The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder).
In the end not a good experience.”

“This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. “The Fairfield was beautiful, the lady at the front desk was very nice. For us being on the first floor it was quiet and I loved that. The Tv was wonderful, you can log into your Netflix account and all that sweet stuff. Overall would recommend staying here! ”
