I stayed there for the second time for Christmas. Unfortunately, this year there was heavy rain that occurred. When i entered the property there were several locations inside the building with severe water damage. There were buckets, towels, and various pieces of paint chips on the floor. For this year, i paid for my sister to stay at the hotel with me and we had joining rooms. Both rooms had random hair strains in each room. I saw some in the shower, where as my sister stated when she pulled back the bedding to sleep, she saw hair inside and instantly made her feel uncomfortable to sleep on the bed provided. Her nor I reported that to the front desk. What i did report to the front desk when i was checking out, was that the toilet was clogged and it happened earlier that morning.
