“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. “The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

My refrigerator in my room was broken, no microwave, the bathroom was half cleaned along with spotty wifi which made watching TV horrible with all the freezing. The ice machine on my floor was also broken and overall the property is dated. The beds weren't bad and I would stay there again if I had...
