Take in the beauty of what Wisconsin has to offer.
We have lake access with a shared pier for fishing, swimming and loading and unloading your boat. 3 restraunts/bars walking distance for entertainment and meals. Years round rentals with central air and heat for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Free boat launch 1 block away and boat rentals available in area. One of the premier fishing lakes in Southern Wisconsin only 1 1/2 hours from Chicago. 15 minute drive to down town lake geneva. Sit by your own bonfire and gaze at the millions of stars.

My first impression of this property was small but cute. Unfortunately, when you walk inside the house it does have a funky smell, but it is a clean home. There're a few things that the owner could definitely improve on. One thing is TV never worked. For our family we wanted to use the outdoor space. However, the outdoor table area was not cleaned off, and the grill was gross. My husband opened the grill to start it for our dinner, and it had a ton of spider webs inside of it and burners have not been cleaned. Lots of buildup and a bit rusty. The bonfire was a huge disappointment as well. It had weed's all around, could barely notice it. It had only one layer of bricks, and I didn't feel it was safe if you have a little one with you. I have a small 5-year-old and if he tripped it would have been a nightmare. The beds are not very comfortable, but this was based on what we consider comfort for a good nights rest and the back bedroom is a ceiling fan with blades missing. Highlight was location. Shared pier was a fun space for being in the water in tubes. Next door neighbors also very friendly.

Nice area! Nicely remodeled place. Lots of construction while we were there. The extreme heat did not help. Cable tv never worked. Smell as you come into home. Stayed at lots of VRBO’s ,Little disappointed.

Wisconsin Getaway

Was in town for a wedding and decided to spend a long weekend with the family. Dave graciously let us check in a bit early to get ready for the 5pm wedding and we were so happy with the space! Had a great time hanging out, fishing, enjoying the beautiful area. Lovely visit!

Great little spot

Had everything we needed and was very clean. Owner was easy to get a hold of. He even sent someone over on a holiday to replace a shower rod even though we told him it could wait.

Attentive manager

The house itself is attractive and immaculate. We had social functions to attend offsite but enjoyed coming back to restful nights. When a storm struck a tree on property, impacting neighborhood power, we were forced to leave a day early. The manager/owner was attentive throughout the process and did refund us the cost of that unused night due to the lack of electricity.

Cute Lakehouse

This cute lake house was a perfect jumping off point for our week visiting with family in south-central Wisconsin. The caretaker was responsive to any needs we had. Though rainy weather and water health alerts didn’t allow us to enjoy the yard or lake access, it was a beautiful property.

Small but perfect for our stay

This house is sufficient but it is small if you’re a group of 5-6 people. It worked fine for us as we had fabulous weather but if it rained all day it would be tight being inside something to consider. There is no washer and dryer which I missed when booking so would be ideal for a shorter weekend trip. The gas grill is great for cooking. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with the exception of mixing bowls/serving dishes which would be helpful if added. Similarly to other reviews this house is not really a lakehouse but it is close to the water. My teenagers could walk to the pier to fish and we rented a boat at Lake Lawn for one of the days. We enjoyed playing the provided board games in the evenings.

Good spot for additional guests at our lakefront home

Short walk from our lakefront home for our family to sleep. Received details for the rental three days prior to check in- wish it was sooner so we could plan accordingly. Will rent again for our guests in the future.

Beds very uncomfortable, no cooking oil, Wi-Fi out at times, if we all wanted to sit in backyard at same time we would have to clean chairs. Terrible edging I’m backyard. Neighborhood not the greatest. Did not need to communicate with owner.

birthday get a way

It was a nice stay. The location of the lake was a little different than it seemed and the driveway to park a boat and trailer was hard but overall it was a great visit and close to many things we wanted. Thank you!

House near the Lake

House was modern and clean. Initial entry to property was awkward because host thought we were arriving a day later. The lake access is little too far to be considered a Lake house. It's a house near the lake. When you walk down to the lake there are no accommodations other than a pier with very strict guidelines to having a boat there. Not boater friendly place at all. Parking is also limited considering if you would have a truck and trailer scenario.
