“The room was clean, but the property seemed run down.”

“Would not answer phone from me or Expedia! After booking was completed”

“The furniture shows signs of age. Liked two sinks, one outside the bathroom. Refrigerator was noisy. Custodial service on alternate days only is less tha desirable.”

“Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed.”

“The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. ”

“Positives: 1) Check-in attendee was excellent on May 26, 2026 @ 7pm. 2) Location was good for easy highway access. Negatives: 1) Toilet would not flush/fill up automatically. Had to take off tank lid and manually adjust. 2) Bathtub had about 10 long black hairs. 3) Three out of four accent lights had burned out light bulbs. 4) In the morning, woke up to flying ants crawling on the bed. Opened the curtains and the window ledge was crawling with them and small ants.”

“The new renovation of the rooms are a welcome change. The elevator though has not changed, still slow and creaky. All in all everything was fine during my stay.”

“The only comment that I have the front desk didn't inform me to call prior 7 am to request for a room service. The service staff refused ti service my room because I didn't call and I had to call the front desk to get new towels.”

“We found blood on a pillow and when we told the front desk their response was - ok thank you, we’ll tell house keeping. The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area.”
