“During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

“The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”

“When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. ”

“I had an incident with this hotel. There was no power and had 3 kids with. I had to get around for archery tournament in the dark. Expedia helped me locate. The front desk acknowledged my leaving and assured me it was going to be taken care and Expedia reached out in an email. My card was still charged full amount for two days. Over a week later I am still waiting for them to refund me or even send me an acknowledgment of this, corporate has helped me but I am still waiting to hear from the...

“When we arrived to check in at 7:30pm the room was not ready. We had to wait additional time even though we were 4.5 hours after we could first check in. ”

“The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. ”
