“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

“This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. “I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!”

“Didn't like having to pay for parking as a a guest. Shower water ran out on bathroom floor. Otherwise really enjoyed restaurant and bar! Would definitely come back, maybe in new section!”

“The location is definitely a major plus. It is hard to beat the fact that you get up in the morning, open your window to the balcony and look out on the Delaware River. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everybody was keen to make our stay enjoyable. The food in the Rooftop restaurant was also excellent, as was breakfast. All in all, my wife and I highly recommend Odette’s for your stay if you consider this property.”

“This was absolutely awesome.... Now I think we got a little bit "lucky" (explanation below), but this could be the most incredible hotel stay I have had in my entire life. There are two suites that hold guests. All the guests were in suite one, and we were the only couple in suite two. It was essentially like we had the entire mansion to ourselves. There was a piano. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hargrave House. It was perfectly located in downtown Doylestown right on Main Street. I stayed in the Hargrave House Suite which is located in the original part of the house. What a charming place to stay! The innkeeper was so accommodating and made sure that I had a wonderful stay.”

“Design of backroom sink area was most efficient I've ever seen in a hotel! The sink faucet material wasn't great - it showed every water spot.”
