“I highly, highly recommend! Great location (hipster, cool vibe and location), the property is lovely (the room was huge, clean, modern and had all the amenities). Check-in was via text. We got a code, and it worked for the door to the lobby and to the room. Whenever I had a question, sent a text and received a response a few moments later. Only drawback was TV - Roku. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.”

“Lovingly restored building with wonderful detailing yet with modern functioning utilities. A most pleasant experience. Drawbacks - a few external ones. The building is on an unattractive street next to a parking lot and a garage and inhabited by a few unhoused persons. Still the surrounding area beyond this one block is quite nice. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday.
