La struttura è situata nel quartiere di Penn, a due passi da alcune principali attrazioni come la Liberty Bell e Independece Hall. A pochi passi dall'hotel passa anche il PHLASH bus che consente di raggiungere le zone più lontane. “Un hotel davvero accogliente in stile coloniale. Il servizio è ottimo e il personale molto gentile. A disposizione dei clienti dolcetti, te’ e caffè ogni pomeriggio nella hall e pure in camera e’ possibile consumare una bevanda calda a ogni ora. Le camere sono spaziose e molto luminose. Consiglio la zona perché è a due passi dalla Old City, dalla Independence Hall e Liberty bell. Pure il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in 15 minuti.”

“Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

“This property is located near the Kimmel which is one of the reasons we tried it. If you like services and features stay somewhere else such as the Doubletree. There are absolutely no services available. It's all on you to figure out. The property provides directions which don't always come through timely or in easily readable format. “Beautiful room in the ninth floor. Comfortable bed, quiet, and helpful valet parking. Great location in the city too, next to relaxing Rittenhouse Square (park) and within walking distance to many nice restaurants.”

“Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Philadelphia. Camere spaziose, pulite e molto belle. Letti comodi e bagno grande! Posizione top per raggiungere a piedi i punti nevralgici della città! Buona anche la colazione nella reception dove c'è un bar/chiosco che fa cappuccini cornetti ecc...e si può prendere la colazione per 10$ circa! Altrimenti optare per il caratteristico mercato amish proprio di fronte l'hotel! ”
