The Little House è stata la prima casa costruita su Arcadia Ridge Estate, Imon, Ruth & Linda Folsom spostati loro terreni agricoli nei primi anni 1950 da Billstown Arkansas, The Little House è stato costruito qualche volta nel 1930 da una casa molto più antica che si trovava nella stesso luogo, le pareti e pavimenti mostrare ancora i chiodi quadrati che sono stati utilizzati dalla casa originale, pavimenti in pino ricca di cuore sono stati restaurati, insieme con porte, soffitti, e oltre tutto il fascino di una casa colonica, ha una lunga veranda tutto il modo in cui tutta la parte anteriore, girare intorno cucina con elettrodomestici full size., soggiorno ha solo TV e lettore DVD, in modo da portare i vostri DVD per i film di notte, la sala da pranzo ha tavolo per quattro, camera anteriore ha un letto matrimoniale, seconda BR ha due letti singoli lunghi.

The setting was great and we enjoyed exploring the property! The house was lovely, private, and very comfortable. There was a lot of space around the house, and we enjoyed short walks in the morning and early evening. It was also a great location to the Crater Diamond State Park and close to town. DeWayne was an amazing host and provided information about the area including places to visit. We had a great time and plan to come back soon!

There is no fence around yard,it wasn't safe for kids the catage was so close to the road,it was so old and unclean,there was deed bugs and bee was on the floor.I wish I could give mines star .

Awesome property reminded me of my great grandparents home on a cattle ranch in Texas. Got to dig in the rocks and knock Crater of Diamonds off our bucket list… the owner is one of kind. Might not get lucky at the crater but we found a jewel at the little house!

Listen, we loved everything about our stay and the home. It was quite cozy and worked well for our family. What I aim to highlight is the incredible communication the homeowner had with us. He was on the ball and went well above and beyond the scope to help us feel comfortable and at ease with how to find things in town and such. I would give this place an A++ even if it was a “dump” (which it was NOT) just based on the communication skills alone. Wonderful trip and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Cute southern charm. Loved the property and the owners have just about all the amenities of home. We do think adding a few more kitchen utensils and a newer coffee pot would have added to the ease of cooking our own meals. But we did let the property owners know. It had a fire pit, charcoal grill and lawn chairs you could relax near the fire or watch the sunset from the front porch.

We enjoyed our Stay. Close to Crater of Diamonds and some very good food at the Miners Diner. We wish we had more time there to explore the area. We would definitely stay there again

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Dewayne was very communicative and super easy to work with. The house we quaint and just like stepping back in time. It was just far enough out of town to not be bothered, but close enough that we were close to everything we wanted to do!
