“Struttura con una cattiva manutenzione e non pulita con attenzione: polvere in molti posti della camera e balcone non pulito da mesi”

“Yes”

“I travel a lot and I use to stay in many hotel using hotels.com or accor hotels. So I have the chance to experience many of them. This hotel is wonderful. It is a pity i couln't get the chance to enjoy all service, just relax in my wide room with a nice steam room. Surel i will be back”

“Hotel di grande lusso. Il personale cortese è stato in grado di aiutarmi a 360° per ogni genere di informazione. Le camere sono estremamente pulite. Grande pulizia di tutti gli ambienti comuni. Pranzo a Buffet con diverse pietanze e grande disponibilità dei cuochi”

“Good value for money.”

“Good”

“Great location, clean room and friendly staff.”

“Staff not very friendly and breakfast area food not good, same same staff serving there not friendly too.”

“The staff is nice and helpful, but the condition of hotel is a lot bit below my expectations, but the mattress is good, all my family love it.”

“The location listed is not the location it actually is. Our driver dropped us off to the wrong place because of that and we had to take a second ride there. Once there the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, but a bit old. It was spacious and grocery store and food is in walking distance.”

“The room is nice and tidy. The staff on the front desk was helpful. There are several restaurants around but not suitable for all the people. There is a shopping mall with other restaurants there. Can reach there by taxi in 20 minutes.”

“Location very close to Dongguan Moden Exibition centre. Good food and good ambience”

“The location of the Hotel is excellence and above the shopping mall. The Room is clean and tidy. However some of the room may be noisy when the mass come across the Main Street.”
