“This is a dog hotel - with fenced out patios. Location is right next to the main thoroughfare, so be prepared for noise early in the morning. Too expensive for its location. Gravely parking. No breakfast except coffee. Nice staff.”

“This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.”

“Very nice small unit on working ranch. Lots of very thoughtful touches from owners. Cute store on site. Incredible view of west elk mountains. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking with bbq and outside seating. Note that bedroom (bedroom is huge) is upstairs while bathroom is downstairs for those that need to use restroom during the night. North rim of Black Canyon is about 20 min drive. South rim is 90 min drive. We loved staying here.”
